Chemical Air Dryers

Chemical Air Dryers.

The air pressurized by the compressor may contain oil vapor and odor-emitting particles at levels that can damage equipment in our process or reduce production quality. To prevent this, it is recommended to use Chemical Dryers with Integrated Carbon Towers.

Moisture is an undesirable characteristic that damages processes and causes losses in compressed air systems. It also leads to rusting of pipeline circuits, loss of diameter, and a series of related financial problems.

Air containing impurities can also cause malfunctions when it comes into contact with equipment in the production process. To prevent condensation and corrosion that could disrupt production processes and contaminate products, compressed air must be dried.

In sectors where a dew point of +3 °C obtained with a refrigerated dryer is insufficient, this method can lower the dew point to levels as low as –70 °C.

Simply explained, Forever Chemical Air Dryer systems ensure the separation of unwanted water from compressed air by conducting a physical separation between tanks, thus providing the best possible protection for your system.

Both towers are filled with adsorbent material. H₂O molecules adhering to the surface of the adsorbent material can easily detach due to the effect of molecular forces.

While the first tower dries the incoming humid air, the second tower is regenerated with renewal air passed through in the opposite direction. This is a physical reaction and can be applied countless times.

With its experienced team and 22 different model options, FOREVER GAS INDUSTRY is ready to provide you with the most suitable solution.
