As laser cutting machines continue to evolve, cutting processes no longer rely solely on nitrogen and oxygen gases; dry air systems are now increasingly used as well. Cutting with dry air is far more economical compared to nitrogen and oxygen, but certain technical requirements must be met. The dry air must comply with specific standards and must be completely free of oil and moisture. Before reaching the laser cutting head, the air needs to be filtered, dried, and tested with dew point measurements to ensure its quality.
In Forever Dry Air Systems, high-pressure air produced in accordance with ISO standards is used directly as cutting air. This approach eliminates the traditional use of gas cylinders, along with the additional costs of transportation and handling, while also removing the safety risks associated with high-pressure storage. With the optional Dew Point Control Panel, the system guarantees a steady supply of oil-free and dry air to the laser head. Integrated analyzers continuously monitor air quality, and in the event of potential issues such as oil contamination or moisture, the system automatically shuts down the air supply. In this way, we protect the laser cutting machine.

In Forever 18 Barg Dry Air Systems, unlike conventional 25–40 Barg oil-injected booster compressors, oil-free booster compressors are used. This advanced design prevents problems caused by oil, water, and particle contamination that often occur in compressed air produced by oil-injected boosters. Issues such as overheated lenses, glass, and mirror damage (typically excluded from warranty coverage) are effectively eliminated.
