With the Deoxo Purifier, we can produce nitrogen gas with a purity of up to 99.9999%, which is more economical compared to standard PSA nitrogen generation. The system works by blending hydrogen gas with the 99.9% pure nitrogen stream supplied by the nitrogen generator. Through precise ratios engineered by our experts and controlled via advanced automation, the purity level is raised to the desired specification.
The ultra-pure nitrogen is then passed through cooling and drying units to remove any remaining moisture. Finally, it is delivered to our customers as ultra-dry nitrogen (dew point at -40°C, 1 ppm O₂)—ready for use in the most demanding industrial processes.
